The PRINTING COMPANY LIMITED, NEW ISLAND PRINTING COMPANY LIMITED, was incorporated in 1968 and has been PRINTING COMPANY LIMITED for more than 50 years.

NEW ISLAND PRINTING HOLDINGS LIMITED registered on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 19, 1993.

In August 2014, Huajun Group Co., LTD., wholly owned by Mr. Meng Guangbao, acquired about 62.62% of xinzhou Development Holdings Co., LTD., and subsequently changed its name to Huajun Holdings Co., LTD.

In July 2018, Huajun Holdings Limited launched its new name, Huajun International Group Limited.

In October 2020, Huajun International Group Limited changed its name to China Huajun Group Limited.
